yea... i think apache.org might provide a win32 version with SSL already built-in, from there its just cert issues and startup with SSL... not sure tho
just as a friendly warning... dont run any webserver on your personal workstation unless it ONLY listens on localhost... aside from eating resources, if someone hacks your webDEV then your PC is at risk... if its doable get an old p2 box and thro linux on it... its def worth it... its a great learning experience and is more secure and better on resources... as my sig says, 2.2 ghz with 2 gb of RAM goes a loooong way on linux box, whereas on a windows machine it goes no where 😉
