I want to implement a statistic with the data that I am collectying on my MSQL database. Can anyone put me through a sample code to write a simple bar or pie chart php statistics pleas.

Try searching the forums. "Pie chart" sounds like a good pair of keywords to search for.
No reason to reinvent wheel. Creating (beautiful) graphs is not an easy task. Check out JpGraph.
