Image Handling + forms????

Im only starting to get into PHP and Im coming accross a few problems.
I want to create a form that allows users to input details which will display a web page for them (web page layout will be standard, users decide on the content.)

I want users to be able to insert an image using the form. this image will then be displayed in the header of webpage that is outputed.

any ideas????

if you want to allow users to link to publically available images hosted on other servers then just ask them to enter the absolute URL in a text field. if you want them to be able to upload images to your server then read the manual section on file uploads.
