Google submission

I summitted my site to google sime time ago, a few weeks maybe. I havn't been able to find it. I've searched for buggerit.net.au. I have 2 questions.

1.Is there a easy way to check weather or not google has indexed your site.
2.Could i have gone wrong with the submission to stuff it up.

This one's easy: look in your server logs to see if you've had a visit from Googlebot. Whether it found anything worth making a record of is another matter.
