MySQL to PDF

I am trying to fill an existing PDF form with data from MySQL. I have found a lot of resources on generating a PDF using PHP but nothing on populating an existing PDF form from MySQL.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced for your time and help!

I am pretty sure that you need PHP and MySQL to generate any type of PDF if you want MySQL involved. I may be wrong though. I have looked around for this after I read your post and found nothing on just MySQL and PDF.

I plan on using php to retrieve data from MySQL and use it to populate my PDF. I guess I phrased my post wrong. I am using PHP to populate MySQL and then I plan on using it to retrieve data from MySQL and populate my existing PDF form. The problem I am having is I have no idea how to populate my PDF form. I know how to do the rest just not that part.

Any ideas would be great!
