Im wanting a script so vistors have to sign in to use parts of my website example Im creating a database that they can update the items they have is there a script like this if so where and can you explain it to me

Search for content management system or CMS as they are easy to use and should do what you want and more. As in the other reply by bpat1434 (minus his frog on the lilypad) try those links and you should be quite pleased

I know... but I was just saying that it's an example of something like what you want that is already in production. No reason to reinvent the wheel 😉

Personalized home-pages? Oh... google the topic. Plenty of tutorials on how to store information such as themes, and where they start in a database and call the info when they login and customize one page the way they want. Here's a hint: Use a session to read who they are (since they'll be logged in, no session=no view) and query the DB and serve the customized page as the user wants based upon the database values.

ok thanks for your help i actually found one that i thought i could use and was having some problems with it and my computer froze after i got to the part to unzip the files and now i cant find it to ask about it 🙁

User Login System from hotscripts is what Im tring to figure out if you know anything about this program and can give me any suggestions I would be grateful
