Read the Rules Script.

Hey guys/gals,

I have no clue about php or any other type of scripting.
I am looking for a script that is compatable with vBulletin version 3.0.7. This script that i am looking for makes it that when a new member signs up for the website, they get a pop up saying they have to read the rules and confirm the pop up before allowed to post. Also the script should not allow them to post untill they have confirmed the pop up.

I have seen this pop up before, just not sure where i ran into this at

Edit: That doesn't really answer you question, I know. Probably you can get the best answer from the forums on the vBulletin site.
