Creating a list using multiple .txt files contents!

I have a basic piece of PHP that lists the .txt files in an online folder! But is it possible to get the PHP to look in each .txt file (that begins with "Log-"), read the text and add each third number to a list?

I know it sounds a lot, which is why im confused, because I haven't really used PHP much!
