Anyone want to do a critique of a site?

Hi, all:

I don't know if this is allowed or if this is the right forum, but wanted to get some feedback on a site.

I have been working on the backend, and will be starting to consider the front-end, too. (finally convinced the site owners that it would be helpful to make some needed changes...)

I would appreciate hearing what you like, what you don't, what works, what doesn't. I will consider your thoughts while I develop a new style-sheet and layout. (I was thinking of a tabbed nav design ....)

Anyway, thanks for your time and input.

PS: Be as brutally honest as you like. It will only help me make it that much better.

what i like
the layout and color scheme. very clean.. nice

what i dont like
make the header the same on all the pages. if the site width is x size.. keep it x size. its kinda distracting going between pages and it jumps around because its centered. you could probably shorten the width on the actions page to fit the borders of the other pages. that would help a bit. the only other thing is the forums.. have it integrated better, and not in a popup. oh and the footer could be a tad darker.

other than that i like it alot

I appreciate your comments. Some of the same issues bother me.

I enjoy working on the site when I have time. It is one of my boss's "babies" so when we are slow with client work, he lets me work on this. I figure as long as I am developing the backend, I might as well convince him that the aesthetics should be considered and worked on as well. Usually I am persuasive enough to get what I want, LOL!
