HELP... Need to Resize images and watermark.

Hello, I am trying to use PHP to resize my image and to watermark them on the bottom right. I would like to do it in bulk and uploading it to the site at the same time. Can anyone help? My code isn't profficient enough to do it. Would love if someone could help me out.
