Matter of fact they are not easy to find.

Try going to http://www.phpbuilder.com/board/search.php , putting "free host*" in the Key Word(s) field, select "Search in Titles Only", and when you've collected your list of possibilities, ask them what services they provide (if they're any good, all the information will be available on their web site).

And ... what dougal85 said. "Free hosting" is usually rubbish, and tends to not be a good look.
