arrays and rows in emails

Hi chaps,

I've just finished my first ecommerce site, all working fine UNTIL the client wants the shopper to get an email confirmation with all the items on his /her order listed on it.

I have a basic summary page that displays to the shopper each item in his / her cart with the choices they have made for that item (using 3-D session arrays - foreach etc.).

But as the standard php email function only includes one space for the message string, how the monkeys do I get some flat html to include in the email from my rows and arrays? Is this heredocs and can I use IF, WHILE, FOR EACH etc in a heredoc string?

Assign short variable name to the session variables and concatenate keeping inmind that email messages must not exceed 72 characters so use the wordwrap() function to enclose the message in. Do you have an example of the code you are presently using?
