still cant find an answer.
im after 7 months if searching.

support UTF-8, code folding, remote ftp
autocomplete: php vars, php function, html tags+attributes/values and css.
the autocomplete is very important

i tried DW but it doesn't autocompltes vars and very heavy.
ZEND - no CSS and heavy
EnginSite (and all of the others small editors) - TOO Buggie.
VS.PHP nice but expansive and heavy

is there other web editor like dreamwever but lighter and autocompletes local vars and vars from includes (my max limit is 1000$).

I used its trial version and it seemed fine.
