Use Yum?
yum check-update
yum install httpd httpd-manual
If you want to get all the goodies, do this instead of the install line above:
yum -y install httpd php mysql mysql-server php-mysql
chkconfig httpd on
chkconfig --add mysqld
chkconfig mysqld on
service httpd start
service mysqld start
Also note that the check-update part of Yum will take around 5 minutes to download all of the latest header info. Just sit back and let it do it's thing.
