Load page variables every 10sec..

Hi folks,
I would like to know how to include/load page2 variables into page1 every 10sec.. smoothly without any refreshing, please provide me any help, thanks.

Not sure I understand what your saying but if I understand correctly you want to have a php page "page2" insert variables into page1. If thats the case it is not possible with PHP you can use AJAX to send values and use Javascript to handle it.

thanks for the reply planetsim, thats right, I've heard that ajax could do this trick, but I don't really know how ajax really does it, tried to search on this forum, also tried google for tutorials, but couldn't really find any good one which could solve my problem, It'd be nice if those who know ajax well.. could lend me a hand on this one.. I'd really appreciate it.
