[RESOLVED] a php/MySQL question

Hi, I am building a calendar script and i need a theme varialbe set by the ONLY record in the 'theme' field in my db.

so far i have:
index2.php::

include('../dbconnect.php'); 																   

include('../db.php');
$dbconn;
include('theme/'.$theme.'/header.php');

and

db.php::

<?php 
$themeq = "SELECT theme FROM phpmycal_a"; 
$theme= mysql_query($themeq);
?>

Is there something extra i need, or somthing i am doing wrong??

EDIT:: when i run index2.php i get::

$theme is in one place a folder name and in another place a resource id (the return from a query). The system can't find a file because that folder "Resource id #1" of course does not exist.

This is conflict in variable names - make them be two separate vars and problem solved.

If i change the $theme variables name, it should work? yea?

Ok, assuming i have understood correctly, i have change the $theme to $fol
I still get 'Resource ID #9' ... insead of the wanted... 'mycal_01'

???

What code do i need to make it print the first record??

I am new to MySQL and am still learning it!

Done now, used a tutorial a found, thanks all errors fixed so far!!
