Well, I need to know how to write general php code, and how to write php for whatever you need to write to build a forum. I've read a few guides but it doesn't work afterword. So I guess I need to know everything there is to know about php,how to get it to work,and haw to build forums with php.

Can you add your board to your website though? If so, Please tell me how. BTW, I want a forum That is my own and when people register, I want the request of registration email to come to me. If there is an easier way to fit my wishes, Please, tell me.
What do you mean "add to your website" ?
Also, phpBB has been around for a while, with many modifications/skins/features/etc. Administrative approval is one of such features, meaning that an account is inactive until you manually approve it.
So what you are saying is that If someone tries to join, an auto email will be sent to me and I can approve or disaprove? BTW, by "adding it to my website" I mean to make it visable and people can post from MY url and website/home page.
Why dont you go to the phpBB website and read all about it?

No, this messageboard is vbulletin, which is not an option for you. phpBB is an option, as is punBB and Simple Machines Forum.
This forum is powered by vBulletin, but I dont think its free. The website itself (though I havent looked at it in a while) I would think is a custom built cms.
Ok, does someone have a code for forums? (to design them)
