is there a way to send an email with php if you do not have a mail server 😕

Honestly, yes, you can by building and managing your own SMTP session. Realistically, it's a million times easier to get a real web hosting service. Even if you find a script that can connect to a remote server to deliver the mail, this just has "maintenance headache" written all over it.

i had a script that had a simple html form where u entered the recieveing address and subject and message and click submit and it will turn it into an e-mail and sent it
