how do i make an htaccess file that will allow PHP access to a folder wont let people browse into it.
did you read the manual entry on Authentication, Authorization and Access Control?
I did see a few things but i cant say i seen that specific one. I'll try again.
Everything i've tried so far has not just blocked users but it has also blocked PHP.
Search for "deny from all".

I've no idea what i managed to do wrong last time i tried this.
"deny from all" done the job.
