Posting data with html formatting - help

I am using the following code to post guestbook data to a html file:

$post="<P><B>Name: </B>".$name."<BR><B>Location: </B>".$location."<BR><B>E-mail: </B>".$email."<BR><B>Date Posted: </B>".$date."<BR><B>Message: </B>".$fmess2."\n";

The code works perfect until I try to add a table with a border to it like so:

$post="<table class="standard" border="1"><tr><td><P><B>Name: </B>".$name."<BR><B>Location: </B>".$location."<BR><B>E-mail: </B>".$email."<BR><B>Date Posted: </B>".$date."<BR><B>Message: </B>".$fmess2."</td></tr></table>\n";

Cool. Then what happens?

Opps, I should have specified. I get a parse error on that line. I dont remember the exact details of the error. I can set it back up and post the results...

You have a choice:
1. Escape the double quotes in your HTML code.
2. Use single quote delimited PHP strings.
