[RESOLVED] Passing variable

It's kind of late, but I have just updated my PHP from 4.1.x to 4.3.3.

I use all the old codes, but PHP 4.3.3 do not take my passing variable.

example:
$folder='aaa'
echo "<A href=photo.php?fd=$folder>album</a>";

in photo.php, when I use $fd, errors come out.

Notice: Undefined variable: fd in photos.php.

What should I do? Many thanks!

You use the superglobal $_GET to access the variable.

In your case you'd reference $_GET['fd'] instead of $fd

$fd has been deprecated since PHP4.1 and disabled since 4.2. It's $_GET['fd'] now .... er yeah, what he said.
