[RESOLVED] Creating this in CSS

Hi there is there a way of me making this in CSS? ive tried about 5 times and i cant get one bit on the left and the other bit on the right, can anyone help?

Ive attached a pic of what i would like, im so hopeluss with CSS 🙁
