I need a code that reads a txt file and adds the content to a mySQL database.

What I am looking for is a php code that will read a .txt file which is generated by a program and then place the info (which is seperated by a "|") each seperate line in a mySQL table. Also If it could include the filename (Which has the user and timestamp as its name) that would be great. If someone is willing to point me in the right direction or even help write the code I would be very happy and if you would like to discuss payment for the work I am sure i can arrange that too.

Example of the text file to read.

/filename.txt|20060602-12.54.43|DF|RM
/filename.exe|20060602-12.54.43|DF|RG
/filename.mp3|20060602-12.54.43|DF|RM
/filename.html|20060602-12.54.43|DF|RG

Example of layout and possibly the name of the mySQL tables.
