global variable simple question

hi, some guys said that using "variable global" inside a class is bad?
why is this? is this true, then can you explain this to me with a snippet of codes
to elaborate this more issue?

Because if u use some variavel global in your class, u always will need this variaver to run your class. It will turn your class less portable.
