psycheclone ??

Ok, I was checking my weblogs today from my server, and noticed this little 'browser' hitting my site (all pages within a matter of seconds, over and over again): psycheclone

My only two guesses are: DoS and/or BOT.

Has anyone heard of psycheclone before? Can someone point me to some information on it? Is it a security threat?
