Disable Active x control for flash files

Hi i have a website that has many flash files in... even the links are so i really need to update it so I have chosen PHP, im a new comer and really need help....

this is the new PHP site

Im currently trying to keep the flash files and use the javascript to open the flash using this code:

this is in the head panel

<script src="flashactivex.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

then islinks to a .js file which in turn opens the flash files without the activex control........

The problem is when i add this code to the site it brings in the flash file without the activex but mucks up the layout of the page???? i dont know why??

can someone help?? I am a beginner so take into account!!

just to update...

this is what happens to my site:
before I update the banner at the top its like this:
http://www.wellplayed.com/test/index.php

after i add the activex code to stop the box on the banner its like this:
http://www.wellplayed.com/test/indextest.php

??? dont know why, its all in frames and the code has worked!

I gave this link to a friend of mine also who has a flash menu bar and his site is in asp, putting in this javascript seems to work but stops the rest of the page loading.

maybe we need to add some code in to make it work?
