How to create a table from a text file

I have a text file with 2800 zipcodes and cities that looks like this when opened:

[pre]
95220 ACAMPO
93510 ACTON
92301 ADELANTO
96006 ADIN
91301 AGOURA HILLS
91376 AGOURA HILLS [/pre]

I believe it is a "delimited" file

How would I go about uploading all of this data into a table in a MYSQL database without having to input all of the data manually?

LOAD DATA INFILE"datafilename" INTO TABLE tablename FIELDS TERMINATED BY 'charachter'

Is that a command line I can run from phpmyadmin??

YEP or make it into a php like

$query= "LOAD DATA INFILE'datafilename' INTO TABLE tablename FIELDS TERMINATED BY 'charachter'";

So I would probably be better if my text file looked more like:

[pre]
95220,ACAMPO

93510,ACTON [/pre]

That way my Fields terminated by character could be the comma, because right now there is one tabbed space between the two.

How will the code know that the left column of numbers goes in the "ZipCode" Field, and the right column of characters goes in the "City" Field?
