Secure Content Management PHP script for Server

I am looking for a PHP Content Management System for my clients to build and update their own webpages that is the safest and most secure for my web host. Unfortunately, Content Management System PHP scripts post security problems for servers.

As PHP programmers, I seek your advice because I don't program PHP, but I do install PHP scripts usually in connection with MySQL database. A friend of mine programs PHP and helps me customize, but he is new to this field as well.

There are literally hundreds of CMS solutions built with php but your question is far too vague to recommend any.

You should start with a list of features you need, seek out suitable CMS's and then decide which are reputable.
