Howdy,
I have a text file which I need to compare against a Mysql table's field to perform some sort of thesaurus (I am not using thesaurus tools). Based on your experience, which is the best way to perform matching checks:
Option 1. Get Mysql table's data in a file and do preg_match
Option 2. Get text data in MySQL and perform matches using joins and other conditions
WOuld really appreciate your advice and any other possible options. Thanks
