I tried uploading the files for Gary Ambrose's tracking ace(Google it) and got this error

here is the directions for installing it
INSTALLATION:
Setup a new MySQL database, or at the very least have the user
password, host, and database name available for an existing db.
Open /includes/vars.php
Set your database host, user, password, and database name. Save
vars.php
Upload the entire "go" directory, with all paths left in tact to
the main directory of your web server. Upload all files in binary
mode EXCEPT any .html files, vars.php, and crons.txt
Upload the entire "recommends" directory, with all paths left in
tact to the main directory of your web server. Upload all files in
ASCII/Text mode. IMPORTANT NOTE - This .htaccess file may conflict
with wbe servers running Front Page extensions.
In your web browser go to http://www.yourdomain.com/go/setup.php
and follow the instructions.
When setup is complete, delete setup.php from your web server.
That's it, you're ready to go!
COMMON PROBLEMS:
If you receive an error when using the "recommends" directory
option this is likely because your host does not support mod_rewrite
or your web server is running Front Page Extensions that conflict
with mod_rewrite. In this case, use the go.php link.
If on installation you receive a Zend page, please read the text
on the page and follow the instructions to install the Zend Optimizer
on your web server, or ask your host to do so.
