hi, i'm new in MySQL and some time i really don't know want are the best solutions to store information, but i hope someone can give me some tips with this one.
So, i have the information below(2º box), i give names in the top(1ºbox) to help understand my ideia.
What a really want is store the names and notes of each title.

my first ideia was to simple create one table with:
[id][title1][title2][title3]...[title10]
but i already have some tables of my site and create one more just to put this informations.... seems strange....
Any ideia?
