What is the best php script or software than I can install and customize via php , mysql on apache?
The program would be similar to rent dot com and be integrated with a map api - so people can find nearby structures.
The mapping part of the web site is free so Google maps may work?
You only have to pay to advertise your nearby location on the site.
You would be able to save your searches after logging on.
A simple straightforward script that may be changed later on as we tweak the database, css, design and add a few things down the road. Like custom types of locations nearby that will be shown on the map.
