First question is impossible .... Second question, u have some work to do, it depends on how complex do u need it ...
I need simple calendar. Just Year and Month on top and then days in 7 column/5 rows.

Yes - always try to search for the script and then modify it to do exactly what you want. However leave the credits in place - thats only fair.
