What I am trying to get it to return is this

At 1200 Hours
The Temperature is forecast to be 74°F
The Dew Point is forecast to be 65°F
The Wind Speed is forecast to be 06MPH
The Wind Direction is forecast to be 210°

i dont see the generalization of this solution.
i have the same error with preg_split in this function:

function regrev($str,$reg)

return $str;
}

the call for this function was:

regrev($arrRet[$org_],'/['.ord(128).'-'.ord(154).']+/');

when $arrRet[$org_] was a line from a text file who contain hebrew
(this is a dos based file and the hebrew charset is from 128 to 154)

i managed to fix it by calling my function like this:

regrev($arrRet[$org_],'/[\x80-\x9A]+/');

but i still dont understand what the problem was :glare:
