Hi all,

I am looking for a method by which a user (from user table) can find all of the relevant suppliers (from suppliers table) to their geographical location and then click on the profil to find out more, and then book them if necessary (which I can deal with after). Any recommendations on an existing script or advise on an efficient way of doing this?

question is howto find them with google

sounds like a typical 'relation database' thing
using SELECT in a mysql db

I think it is only a matter of some join queries. Retreive details from user table with some relevant id so that can retreive details from suppliers table and click on profile and do rest ..... .

Ok, I think I have found something, I'll keep you posted. The search engine scripts I have found are cool, but I am unsure as to how this is going to work with dynamic data. In other words after doing a search you will see a list of suppliers that can update their own database table. You will then click on that profile and a page will load that 'gets' their information and displays it, so far I have seen this only work with static web pages.
