I currently have a server that is running Windows server 2003 Enterprise edition. The server consists of a dual xeon intel motherboard and 8 gigs of ram. The problem is that when I attempt to email via a third party email software that runs through my outlook account I recieve the following error message:

Message = [smtpForm::SendMessage: Error [-2147220988] "An SMTP or winsock error occured. WSA: WSAENOTSOCK[10038] calling Receive(). Socket operation on non-socket. An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. Either the socket handle parameter did not reference a valid socket, or for select, a member of an fd_set was not valid."
Occurred at [->MAILER:] Calling on the actual Mail Daemon...

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Thank you in advance for suggestions.
