[RESOLVED] Combining string output

HI all,

I have searched the forum without finding what I need.

I have a data input form which among other fields i have a field for

month, day, year. This form work OK

When I display the content of the database I would like to display the month,day and year fields as one. like June 22 2006,

Is this possible and if so what is the best way of doing it.

You have a date type filed where u keep month, day and year, or u have 3 fields one field is month, another one day and the last one year?

And what is the format of the month, day and year?

If u have 3 fields and u want to concat them, click here ...

I have a month, day and year field which are all text type fields.

I have no need for date type fields at this moment.

All I ned to do is present the output as a combined display.

I have used the following code to produce the required results but with no sucess.

<?php echo $row_phoenix_VB'[`month`]','[`day`]','[`year`]'; ?>

What I currently have is:

<?php echo $row_phoenix_VB['month']; ?>
</td><td width="109" class="visitortextnormal">
<?php echo $row_phoenix_VB['day']; ?>
</td><td width="232" class="visitortextnormal">
<?php echo $row_phoenix_VB['year']; ?>
</td>

How do I get the output to be, example : June 22 2006.

$day = $row_phoenix_VB['day'];

echo $datestring = $month . ' ' . $day . ' ' . $year; ?></td>
