1 Poll Question for each record in a db

I have the following dilemma,

I want to ask 1 Poll Question, but I want that 1 question to appear for X-amount of records that are in a database.

For example a question like “Are the Lakers good?”, would appear for every record that is in a database for a community database (example), how would I accomplish it so that I only have to create 1 poll question, rather than creating a poll question for each record in the community database?

Can anyone help &/or guide me to a Macromedia Dreamweaver extension that would accomplish this?

Currently, as it works now, the one poll question has the same results for ALL of the records in the community database.

I'm not sure exactly what you are going for here, but i'll take a stab at it.

You'd need two tables, one to store your communities, and another to store poll questions. Then you would store the poll_id in the communities table, so various communities can share the same question.

COMMUNITIES TABLE
id
community_name
poll_id

POLL TABLE
poll_id
question

and the relationship would be on the poll_id field. So in your communities table, if poll_id was set to 5, your script would go to the poll table and extract the question whose poll_id is 5.
