I plan to soon develop a website that offers ringtone and wallpaper downloads for people's mobiles. I am in no way new to PHP/SQL, however I have no idea what the process for uploading ringtones/wallpapers to a mobile is. I heard something about hosting the ringtones/wallpapers on a WAP-enabled hosting plan. How do they actually get sent to the mobile though? Is it possible to send files via SMS? I'd really appriciate any help. 🙂
