Howdy,
I am creating a web page where i'd need a map and when I click in areas of the map, I would like to extract specific information of that area. I have stored all relevant data for each area in MySQL tables. Can you pls advise on:
1. Any software to create the map and having th capacility to provide dynamic text
2. Can I do so using PHP or i need something like Flash
3. How can I create dynamic information page when my cursor stays in an area for more than x seconds.
