Problem with IE

I'm having a problem with ie6. When i'm trying to open some .php files i get the following message (alert box):

Internet explorer cannot open site.....
Operation aborded.

I was able to open those files before but now without a reason i can't. I checked on firefox and it can open those files. Anybody knows the reason?

Maybe showing the actual code whether it is HTML or PHP might help solve the problem.
