Only can login one browser?

How to I make login php script with only can login one browser?,

It can't login the another browser.

Sorry, can you be a bit more specific on your question?

Do you simply mean you want to force everyone to use a certain browser? Or are you trying to stop someone from having two different windows open at the same time?

i want to asked, is it possible to do that?
i mean to forced the user to use only one browser to execute the program (ex. IE)
