[RESOLVED] Integer to Month Name?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to transfer the number of the month into the month name (i.e., 7 into July).

Does anyone know how to do this?

I thought I'd have to use mktime and then maybe strftime? But, I confess, Unix timestamps confuse me, and all I'm getting is gobbledygook. :bemused:
