Sending images from client to server

Hi everyone. I am working with a software developed with php, mysql and apache. Right now i am charging images from my laptop, that is the same server, using a C: folder, "is_uploaded_file" and "move_uploaded_file".

Where:
$upfile='C:\telederma/'.$fichero_name; is the file that I am saving to C:

What Can I do as a client pc for saving pictures in the same folder "C:\telederma/" of the server???

Try to use some free scripts. This is a very good one. And you can modify the codes pretty easy for your own requirements.

Hi blackhorse, thanks for your help. I will try the info that you gave me..but let ask you this....I am not using easy PHP, I installed PHP 4.3.10,Mysql 2.0.47 and Apache 2.0.47 separately. This kind of class can i use it?? Anyway I will try and tell you what's going on. Thanks again.

"Easy PHP Upload" is the name of the class/script.

yes, you can use it. I didn't test the most current version of "easy php upload" (like bradgrafelman said, it is just a php class name), the last version it has the feature to resize the images.

my guess is that to resize the image, it will recreate a new image based on the image you upload to different size, recreating images for diffent image format files may need you install some image functions or GD library etc. http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/ref.image.php. see the requirements of certain image functions.

other than that, i had no problems to use that class with the regular set up of php and apache.
