HI, I am not a php developer. I can create simple sites in html/frontpage and flash.
I need a script that can present a webpage containing about 10-15 questions whose answers are on scale of 1-5. the visitor selects answers for the self assessment questions and the script should be able to present a report on a page on the basis of the answers by taking selected lines from a database and mail a copy to me.
is it already available (under poll/survey scripts)?
Is it possible in php?

            Why not begin to learn PHP and learn to develop scripts like this yourself?

            What you want to do really is not that complicated. Seems to me if you applied yourself and WANT to learn, you could build this thing in a couple of weeks perhaps...

            Most people here at least TRY to do things first prior to posting for assistance after their code doesn't quite work yet.

            I would encourage you to consider this as an invitation to better your skills and to learn a really fun scripting language, that, by the way, is not too difficult to pick up the basics very, very quickly.
