[RESOLVED] Search string & return id?

Hi,

I want to find out the id from a string, but have can't seem to find the right function for the job...

The string I have is: "index.php?v=theme&t=12&title=Abstract"
It could be several diffent things, such as:

index.php?v=theme&t=12&title=Abstract
index.php?v=mood&m=18&title=Air
index.php?v=artist&a=1&title=Alberto

How can I find the name and value of 't=12', or 'm=18' or 'a=1'??
As these values (but not the name) will change... the rest of the url I don't need to know.
