I am getting this error when there is a quote in my database, and I try to print it out.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ROUSSEAU", "1184 CRESTVIEW DRIVE", "WATERTOWN", "SD", "57201", "886-5134", "882-' at line 1

The customer’s name is entered ROBERT 'ROBIN" ROUSSEAU

I there just a way to override this, in the mysql connect.

Escape the quote, perhaps by using [man]mysql_real_escape_string/man.
