Do all HTML forms require cookies when being POSTed to?

Should i just looking in the forms page source?? Or use the get_headers() PHP function to get all the info i need??

(what i need is to CURL a POST request to a website).

No.. cookies have nothing to do with forms.

Does CURL need any special header or url encoding considerations when POSTing? IE. Cookies, header info, etc...
