Avoid telephone numbers in string

Hi all,

i have a textarea form variable pointing to my script and........ i want to avoid that inside the string the user could enter a telephone number.

This strings are not valid:

blah blah 123456789 blah blah
blah blah 1234 five six seven 8 9 blah blah

and so on...

do you have any idea?
