PHP links and stuff

ok i have this website http://www.uberon-uo.com the links that are shown across the top of the page i want them to open the page the link is named underneath it where my news is how would i do that?

Having looked at you site i assume you mean the links that start "Join us" etc
these are not hyperlinked (HTML) or a php page refresh might be sommit like

 echo "<meta http-equiv=refresh content=0;url=http://url of page you want to open>";

change the 0 in content=0 to change the length of time before the page refreshes

If your just trying to hyperlink to another page, try ...
